How do I request a refund?
Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds or give money back for any purchases ourselves. In order to request a refund, you need to request a refund through either the platform or Mojang support team.
If you purchased content with Minecoins, you will need to request a refund with the the platform's Marketplace support teams:

Why is my world stuck downloading?
Sometimes worlds get stuck while downloading. Unfortunately we are not in control of the downloading process in the Minecraft Marketplace. You will need to reach out directly to the Mojang support team.
Before contacting the support team, please try the following quick troubleshooting guide:
-
Open Minecraft and go to the Settings menu.
-
Go down to storage, where you will see 'Worlds', 'Cached Data', and 'World Templates'.
-
If there is any data relating to the map in question, delete them using the option in the menu.
-
Once deleted, you should try to re-download the map.
If the above option did not work, you can also try:
-
Restarting Minecraft and rebooting your device.
-
Checking to see if you have enough storage capacity on your device. The download might be failing due to a lack of storage space.
After all of the above, if you still cannot download your world, please head on over to Minecraft's help centre and contact the Mojang support team directly.

How do I report a bug?
If you think you have found a bug in our content, or are simply experiencing issues, please send us a bug report and we will see what we can do to help you out.
With every update of Minecraft, new bugs appear. Please take a look at the Minecraft Bug Tracker to see the latest bugs identified by Mojang, and if you think you have found a bug that no one else knows about, you can report it directly to the Mojang support team who can help you out further.
How do I download your maps and skin packs?
You can find all of our content on the Minecraft Marketplace. To get out content, open the Marketplace inside of the Minecraft app, search for CrackedCubes, and choose which piece of content you would like to download.
All of our content needs to be bought, and you can either buy a Minecoin pack or click the currency option next to the Minecoin price to purchase the Minecoin pack needed to get you enough coins to purchase content. For more information on how to get Minecoins, please visit Mojang's Minecoin FAQs.
Although none of our content is completely free, you can get freebies through our skin packs! In every single one of our skin packs, you will be able to download one skin for free to use forever.

Can I add bought content to my vanilla world?
Unfortunately, for security, you cannot add items, textures, sounds, mechanics, or entities (Behaviour and Resource Pack) from content bought on the Minecraft Marketplace to your own or new Minecraft worlds.
The marketplace does not support content sharing outside of skin packs and texture packs. This does not mean you only can download content bought on the store once. Once you have bought it, it will remain in your inventory for as long as you have a Minecraft account and you will be able to redownload the template as many times as you want.

How do I fix performance issues?
We aim to make sure our content on the Minecraft Marketplace works for every platform. However, sometimes there may be performance issues outside of our control.
If you are experiencing any performance issues with our content, there are some steps that you can take to troubleshoot your issues and, in some cases, resolve them.
-
Try reducing your render distance. When your render distance is lower it reduces the amount of chunks Minecraft has to load each time you move. On some lower-end devices, we recommend setting your render distance to six chunks to give you the best chunk-related performance boost
-
If you are still experiencing significant performance issues after reducing render distance, head into your game settings (you can do this while still in a world) and turn off smooth lighting, render clouds, fancy leaves, beautiful skies, fancy graphics, and turn down particle render distance.
-
Depending on your device, if your storage capacity is nearly full Minecraft may struggle to have enough space to load chunks - which has a knock-on effect on performance. Try clearing cache settings within Minecraft, uninstalling games and non-essential content on your device that you no longer need or use, and deleting your old unused worlds.
Why are there missing Minecraft features?
Some content may have missing items and features from the current Minecraft version (e.g. 1.18.30) as they were made before the release of the current update and have not been updated. Unfortunately, due to a variety of factors, not all content will get updated to include newer version features.
If you have a particular request for a piece of content to get updated to a newer world version, please fill out our contact form.
Can I play your content with my friends?
Yes! If you bought a map of ours, you can have your friends join via LAN and Xbox Live. You can also set up a Minecraft realm and upload a Marketplace world to it so that you and your friends can play on it together (they can even then access it when you are offline).
For more information on Realms and Realms+, please visit Mojang's realms FAQs.
Did you know that every 1 in 10,000 times you play Minecraft the main menu will display a typo in the game's title?
